HB 2161 - strengthens parental rights laws by making sure a parent has access to a minor child’s medical and educational records. Any public district and charter schools that survey students, must first show the survey to parents and receive written consent from parents. The bill gives parents the right to sue the government if there is a violations of their rights.

Stop Late Term Abortion
SB 1164 - prohibits abortion after 15 weeks gestational age. Focuses on the emotional health and well-being of women.

S.C.R. 1009 - Supports the enactment of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act which ensures that medically appropriate care be provided to any infant born alive following an abortion procedure. It also supports Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2019 which ensures proper documenting of infants born in these circumstances.

HB2507 - The Religion is Essential Act gives churches and other religious organizations essential service status so that during a public crisis, they may not be shutdown by the government. It protects churches against government discrimination.
